Y-living is a mixed-use experimental concept consisting of residential co-living and co-working spaces co-existing within one plot of land. The required us to maintain modularity, affordability, and applicability at the core of our design approach while consistently selling a more sustainable form of living and working.

The Twin and Quad typologies make up for most of the Co-living units. They both share common balconies and study areas with ample light and ventilation, elevating the quality of life by still maintaining affording rent prices. Having gone through several iterations to increase efficiency, these units can now be replicated in similar developments elsewhere, thus maintaining brand image.
